Just to say hi, fairly new to home brew but embracing it with open arms ! I have tried the Coopers Real ale (quick and easy) in fact ordered more as the father in law quite likes it! Woodforde wherry, Very nice but I had the open end of my little bottle turned down so it sucked up loads of yeast when bottling so loose 2- 3 inches per bottle due to sediment (put that down to experience). about to bottle some Cellar 7 Pinot. smells like cider at the moment but just clearing. will bottle it and Keep the wife away for a couple of weeks see how that goes.
sounds like it is coming on nicely, when fermenting the temperature will be at least a couple of degrees higher than room temp. Going forward try the festival range of kits. (View Post)
