BEST WAY TO CLEAN, SANITIZE AND STORE A 25L PLASTIC PRESSURE BARREL?

Hi, I have finished my WOODFORDES SUNDEW, and have now rinsed out my plastic keg/barrel with warm water, and have sanitized for a good few mins. Do I know leave to dry naturally upside down? Also do I need to unscrew the tap from the barrel, as well and clean, or can it be left in situ as long as the sanitizer has run through the tap as well as the barrel? Daft questions - but I have never done this before... :)

    Once cleaned if now putting away to store it is best to allow it to dry fully, otherwise the damp may create mould. We recommend leaving the tap in place and running steriliser through, then run clean water to rinse. Removing the tap only risks creating a problem, and is not necessary. Before you next use the barrel if it has been stored it is essential to clean it again before use
