Hi HBO Staff :) thanks for your neat and time;y response :) My brew has been going only 4 days (15/3 12:35 to 19/3 12:35) - can it be fermented in such a short space of time? I suppose taking another hydro reading will tell me if it's finished? Seems a pretty short period - especially with no "vigorous" bubbling etc? Thanks for your help.
