It's time at last after 17days my coopers lager was ready to bottle . Looking forward to taste my work.now Im brewing brewmakers pale ale so fingers crossed
If you find the fermentation is taking a particularly long time it might be worth trying to increase the temperature a little, perhaps early 20 degrees C to ensure it gets going well. It doesn't need to be much warmer than that though, and progress can be checked with a hydrometer to see how it is progressing
