If it is bottled or in a barrel and now just being left to condition and improve, then it needs to ideally be stored in the dark or at least away from direct sunlight for best results. If you have nowhere dark to store it then it is a good idea to cover it with something to keep the light out. The longer you leave it the better it will be, as the flavours will now develop
cider in fermentation container now for 3 days can see through container and looks like a good head on top but nothing coming out of bubbler airlock, is there something wrong ? thanks ian.
It's nothing to worry about, often brews don't make the airlocks bubble for various reasons, but as long as it is fermenting it is OK. A hydrometer will be the best way to check, the readings are the best way of tracking it's progress;
