just like to tell you about my last brew , this is superb , worked really well , I put light spraymalt in final fermentation instead of my normal carb drops , still a bit gassy when pouring , but a very good tasting brew , will do again ,I am finding real ales , a lot better than the largers .

    Excellent news it turned out so well, if you find it was bit lively when pouring then you could reduce the amount of spraymalt used to prime it next time, that will make it less carbonated. If it was a bit too frothy when pouring from a barrel this usually improves as the contents get lower, if not then the best option is a King Keg with a Sparkler Tap fitted to it as you can control the flow much better. Keep us posted on your brewing....
