There are loads of recipes on the internet, but one thing we have which is quite popular is a 'Hedgerow Wine Making Kit', it has all the chemicals and additives needed to make up to 23 litres (30 bottles) of wine, and a list of recipes included, you just need the fruit/ingredients and some equipment. If using a concentrated grape juice, perhaps with the addition of your own grapes/fruit or any other flavourings you wanted to add, then you would need to also get a suitable wine yeast, and a 2 part wine finings to help it clear before bottling. If following a recipe they will often recommend the amount f grape juice or other ingredients needed to add too
One advantage of doing that is you can adjust the wine to your liking, perhaps experimenting or adding things you would like to adjust the flavour if you wanted to
