Hi,
I've recently purchased 2 red & 2 white of the above kits.
The reds have worked out perfectly & are now bottled.
Both of the whites however remain hazy even after being filtered.
Any ideas what went wrong ?

The finings will usually help them to clear and once they have cleared they can then be bottled. Sometimes if the wine is not fully degassed before the finings are used this can stop them working as effectively so it is a good idea to ensure they are fully degassed. It can depend on what you are using to filter as many filters will remove most particles and clear the wine, and changing the filter pads as and when needed. Presumably the wines smell and taste OK so this would rule out many possible issues too
