hello. I'm new to this and I've bought a 30 bottle celler 7 red wine kit. It has been foaming excessively for about 2 days. How long does the foaming last Does anybody know? Many thanks
The initial fermentation can be quite vigorous especially if it is quite warm, this will usually slow down after 2 or 3 days and then can be left to complete the fermentation. If brewing at a warm temperature then keeping it around 19/20 degrees C may slow it down
