HI Guys, and a very happy brew year to you all.
I brewed this on 11/12/14,used brew enhancer 1 plus 400gms dextrose for an abv of 4.6%.Brewed as per instructions,bottled on 18/12/14.
Sampled on new years eve.Very impressed,lovely golden colour,amazed at how clear it is for a "young beer",i would say at least 97% clear.
Regarding flavour,it tasted fresh,hoppy and malty,very drinkable with a nice white head.

I think that I got the carbonation just about right for me.I used one coopers carbonation drop and one maxale carbonation drop in a 500ml pet bottle.
Another couple of weeks and this brew should be perfect,but in the meantime I think that I should sample it on a regular basis,just to make sure.

Agreed, regular tasting is essential, quality control and all that....
