When bottling lager, if I was to add a little freshly sqeezed lime juice, would the secondary fermentation still take place and would the brew still clear/clarify? Would it taste better than adding lime at the pouring stage?
Most people add lime at the time of drinking, but some people do tinker with the flavours of lager and add cordials early on to add some flavour of choice to it. We can't see why it would affect the clearing or carbonation, perhaps try adding lime juice to a few bottles before sealing up and seeing what difference it makes to them, and you can gauge how much you need to get the flavour you are after too if you note how much you put in each bottle
