How Many Batches?

Just out of interest how many batches do people tend to have stored up?

As home brewing is a hobby where there is a lot of waiting and patience required the best solution I can think of is brew plenty of batches so whilst one may be too young to sample you have more to be testing and seeing how they age ;-)

I usual have around three on the go. 1 in my barrel and 2 batches bottled up. I would do more but haven't got enough space

Sure I have 6 all it different stages of bottling, ranging from 1 day to 4 months. If I remember correctly I have a Coopers Lager, Coopers Cerveza, Coopers Irish Stout, Woodfordes Wherry, On The Rocks Mixed Berry and an On The Rocks Apple. I also have a Dasher the Flasher and St. Peter's Ruby Red to get on the go but those two are my festive season beers so probably won't start those before August.

Yes do need to start planning for the festive season - maybe that will be an excuse to find space for one more batch to save ;-)
