Flavour my cider

Can anyone tell me if I should add a litre of apple juice concentrate to my cider mixes to give them more flavour or do I add more sugar maybe less water or all three. Any comments and or help greatly appreciated. It's just that my brews are not as tasteful or flavourful. Like a weak squash

Adding the concentrate will alter and add to the flavour and you can experiment to get it how you want it to taste. Adding more sugar, and/or less water will increase the alcohol strength as it ferments, just adding less water will increase the flavour as it will be less diluted. Sometimes ciders can taste lacking in flavour in the early stages, we recommend leaving in the bottles or a barrel for a good few more weeks and this can often intensify the flavour if you haven't tried that
