I have had Muntons Old English in the airing cupboard at 22 degrees for 9 days. SG is now at 1016 or 7 and the froth has died back no more bubbling. Can I go to pressure barrel yet?
It sounds like it is about there, Muntons suggest a reading of 1014 or below, it may be worth leaving another day and it might just go down another couple of points, if not it will be OK to barrel
