I've just turned to the forum to troubleshoot my leaky problem.  I'm trying to rescue my brew as the tap has developed a leak.  The brew has been in the barrel for about 3 weeks. I've had to turn the barrel on its side so now the air is escaping and not the ale.  Having read similar problems on the forum I am pretty confident that a new tap and re priming the ale should work out. I'll give it a go tonight. Thanks to HBO and HBO users who post on the site and share their knowledge.  Happy brewing folks!
