my brew was sitting on top of the wash machine and got a good stir up from the spin cycle and all the krausen or crust on the inside of the fermentor has fallen into the brew can this cause any problems?

It will mix it all back up and make it cloudy, but if you leave it to settle again it will be no worse off, and you can continue as usual once it has settled
