Fermentation

I started the first fermentation of my next batch of mexican cerveza on 22nd September, it had an initial reading of 1.040, i checked it again on the 29th sep and it had dropped to 1.012, so all was looking fine!

now i checked again over the next few days and it has only dropped down to 1.010 in the past week, but there is still signs of bubbles.

is it usual for it to take this long? my first batch was ready within 10 days (stopped at 1.008) but then that was in the hot summer months. i have had the vessel heated to about 24 degrees.

do i just leave it for longer as there are still tiny bubbles rising now and then?
