Recommended basic homebrew kit

Hi all, looking to buy a homebrew kit for my brother and having never done it myself, have no idea where to start. His fav pint would be Heineken so something along the lines of this if possible and nothing too expensive as he has also never done it before but just thought it might be something he'd like.Thanks all.
