Cap/Injector/Relief Valve Spares Kit

Can anyone tell me of an easy way to replace the relief valve rubber. I have so far found it impossible. It's so small and the relief end of the valve is so large in comparison. Regards Tom Bryan

The replacement washers can be tight but they do need to be to make a good seal, the old one could be cut off and then the rubbers can be worked down. You could try warming it in warm water first to make it more flexible and see if that helps as it should make it softer
