Hi all, I'm very new to this wine making. I have a 5 gallon batch of rhubarb and raspberry on the go at the minute, and also a plum one in the fermenting bin still. But I have just picked what looks to be the last lot of decent plums off our tree and i only have 4lb in weight, most recipes say between 4 and a half to 6lb of plums, so i was wondering does anyone know can i mix the plums with any other fruit to make up the weight? cheers very much x
