Apple wine

Morning this is my first time at making wine and in the hedrow kit for apple wine at says to use Rosehips, am I alright to use dried ones as thats all I can find ?

Hi Gary, often ingredients for wines such as rosehips and elderflowers are used in a dried form, simply because it is out of season or fresh can't be used for whatever reason, so that will be perfectly fine

We only currently stock dried elderflowers, but we could get you some rosehips in to order in a couple of days, they come in two forms;
