Hi i purchased a basic wine kit from Home Brew but i am completely clueless as to what to do with it, lol. I want to make Elderflower wine and have the ingredients. I have two plastic containers with the kit, Do i use one and what do i do? Please help lol

Here is a link to some recipes, the Elderflower recipe is there, around second one down, you could use it as a guide and adjust the quantities to suit the containers you have, take a look and see if it helps;

Thanks so much, im making it now. How do i know when the first fermentation is ready? Will keep you posted

When it's finished fermenting all signs of bubbles rising to the surface of the liquid will stop, and you can use the hydrometer to check the readings - once finished the readings will stay the same for a few days in a row. If the reading lowers then it is still finishing fermenting. The time varies due to temperature and amount of sugar etc. Let us know how you get...

Hi , just got my Youngs wine buddy 1 Gallon starter kit , and was starting to make it and i have put in the pack F pack in by mistake will it still be o.k. or have i spoiled  it before it got started ??

The finings are there to help it clear, it should be fine, just give it a good stir once a day so the yeast is mixed in and ferments away, just to be sure
