hi.. im stuck on something here.. im going to start a country cider.. do I add the yeast or the nutrient

as the instructions are not very clear...do I add both or just yeast,,?

The instructions are not as clear as they might be, but add the yeast and nutrient together at the same time, they are designed to work together
