hi .. can any body give me some tips on a submerging heater.. will it speed up the fermentation time as my first attempt seemed flat and none or very little yeast in bottles.. cheers
If the brew is on the cool side, then a heater of any kind will speed it up and help it along, ideally you want to be around 20 degrees C as a general guide for most brews, a guide to heaters and their limitations is here;
