getting the best out of hops

Hi, I'm wanting to use hops to give my brew acitrus flavor, I've decided on citra hops. I'm not sure wether adding the hops at the end of the boil would give a better citrus flavor compared to dry hopping. I'll probably do both but I would like to know which would add more flavor so I can adjust the quantity.

Does anyone have any info on this?

With hops the basic rule is that if you add the hops at the beginning then it will infuse and add the bitterness, if you add towards the end of fermentation, finishing hops etc, they add the aroma to a brew

You could add some for the last ten minutes of the boil and then some more at flame out and leave to steep for a few minutes before cooling
