Sediment from 2nd fementation

Hi
I know sediment is the byproduct from the yeast reacting with the sugar (or something like that), but is there anyway to stop getting the small amount of sediment in the bottom of my beer bottles during 2nd fermentation, surely there must be a way, how do the big boys do it as you don't get any sediment when you buy bottled ale from the supermarket.

    Thanks
