St Peters Golden Ale - Brewing Temperature

Sorry for the Double Post.  I realised that I put the last one in the wrong section..

I finally started this brew.

The instructions on the box seem to suggest lower brewing temperatures to what I think I have used in the past.  I have used a heating tray but have not (yet) for this one.  Are there any suggestions for or against using this for the St Peters.  Should I go and turn it on now?!..
