St Peters Golden Ale - Brewing Tempreture

I finally started this brew.

The instructions on the box seem to suggest lower brewing temperatures to what I think I have used in the past.  I have used a heating tray but have not (yet) for this one.  Are there any suggestions for or against using this for the St Peters.  Should I go and turn it on now?!..

Thanks

The manufacturers give the ideal temperature for the particular brew, if you brew a little cooler it will take longer, a bit warmer and it may speed it up, try and keep it around what they suggest if possible. The correct brewing temperature makes sure it tastes as they intend, but don't worry about a couple of degrees either way, it is hard for home brewers to keep it at exactly the recommended temperatures
