Bottom of barrel

I'm still new to brewing beer, random question, what can I do with the beer towards the bottom of the barrel? My first brew was beautifully clear until I came towards the bottom of the barrel when it became a tad cloudy, I feel that there is a waste of about 6 or 7 pints.

There are a couple of things you could try here: Once your beer has completed fermenting you could add beer findings to it to help it stay clear. Another thing to do is to transfer your brew after primary fermentation to secondary vessel, give it a day to settle and then bottle it or transfer it to a keg. Using an auto siphon with a little bottler connected is a good way of achieving this. This is my preferred way and my beer comes out nice and clear, you do have to accept a bit of sediment though and also sacrifice your last bit in the barrel.
