I am (very) new  to wine making and have been told by a work colleague to try the winebuddy Chardonnay 6 bottle kit for my first attempt.

I would like to ask members here who have used this kit how they would describe the taste, is it tart or sweet?

I am looking for a wine  that taste like Liebfraumilch (yea i know cheap muck) as i enjoy the taste.
