If you've bottled it, sealed them up, and then want to re-open them, then this is not ideal. The sugar you added before sealing the bottles will carbonate your lager, if it is still flat it may be that it is not yet ready, try moving it somewhere warm for a week, 20 degrees C or so, and then leave it somewhere a few degrees cooler for a few weeks. In 500ml bottle they are often primed with a teaspoon of sugar, or one to two carbonation drops, depending how fizzy you want it
