Barrel tap dripping

Hi
I took about half a pint from my barrel to see if my brew was ready, unfortantely it wasn't, and now my barrel tap won't stop dripping.
It's only a drop every 10 to 15 minutes, but I can't get it to stop, I've tried slightly moving the tap handle from the stop postion, but this didnt work.
pleae help.

The barrel and tap were from the woodfordes starter kit.

I have that same one. Could be the high pressure inside making it drip? It has to be exactly at 90 degrees to stop the dripping. You could try putting some kitchen roll up the tap for a few days, it might stop on its own. Or draw a pint off to reduce the pressure. But only if you have to of course. Sam

I turned the handle on the tap to 90 degrees and this has sorted the problem.
Now I only wish my brew was ready!
