Quick question. Where is the best place to leave beer to condition? Fridge? or????
This is a Coopers Real Ale kit. After fermentation, I bottled the beer as per all instructions etc. Then left beer in bottles in same room as fermentation. Constant temp was 22 deg C. In a box so almost dark for 1 week.
Since then moved to box room and they are at 15 deg C now. Been another week there.
So two weeks so far in bottles, and want to taste it soon!! I know it will continue to improve the loger I leave it and I will leave it. Just wonder where best to keep it?

Mind with the beer showing 7% I should sleep through anything
