Hi, I started 2 wines off yesterday, both california connoisseur, 1 red, 1 white. The red is fermenting nicely however the white is doing nothing, I really mean nothing! its flat and not fermenting what so ever. Its running at 24C so warm enough. Anyone got any tips?
