new to brewing beer

Hi i have been brewing since christmas my last batch has been finished for about 2 weeks i got called away before i could bottle it will it still be ok to bottle when i get home in a couple of days ?

Have a taste and if it doesn't taste off it should be fine. There is the debate about wether or not the sediment can impart a yeasty flavour but if I were you I'd give it a go rather than throwing the batch away. Chances are its gonna be okay,

We agree, for various reasons brews can be left longer than recommended in the vessel, we've done it ourselves, and the finished brew was just fine. The potential problem is as mozza says, the dead yeast could impart a flavour into the brew, but chances are it will be fine, ours was and we know plenty of other people's has been too, we'd do the same as mozza says and bottle it
