Priming sugar

Hi

I'm just about to transfer my beer from my fermenting vessel to my pressure keg and I'm unsure on a couple of things.

Should I add the priming sugar to the keg before I add the beer or add the priming sugar after the beer is in the keg and should I give it a stir.

Sorry I mean pressure barrel not keg!

add the priming sugar after u transfer your beer and give a stir.make sure what ever u stir it with you sterilize first
