Hi still new to this home brewing, just another silly question, is it safe to stir FV half way through the process, or is it a strictly leave it alone thing.

just that I am doing  a coopers ipa and have put a Better brew Hop bag in at the start and it is now floating on the top.

any help gratefully excepted.

Stirring the brew will not do it any harm at all, it will stir up any sediment which has already settled, but this will re-settle and ensuring your hops are well mixed in and infused will give it a good flavour. Mixing it in can help to be sure the brew fully ferments too, just be sure anything you mix it with is clean and ideally sterilised
