Hi

can anyone tell me, does it matter what sugar I use for Bottleing.

Like say using brown sugar cubes or white, or dem,or say dark brown sugar.

is their any reason, or does it give a different taste,  just wondered.

be gratefull for the information if poss.

Because you use such a samll amount the difference in taste will not be particularly noticeable, for best results use a brewing sugar or enhancer/spraymalt if you have some to hand as t dissolves quickly and cleanly. You can use any sugar, as long as it dissolves it will secondary feremnt and produce the carbonation and pressure within the bottles.
