hi i have just started 2 wines off 1 x white and 1 x red - i diluted the red with 2 litres too much ( in 5 gallon ) water i didnt notice one bucket top mark is 23 the other 25 ltrs, is there any fix for this id hate it to be wedy as a result ?
What you will end up with is a wine that is a little more diluted, both in strength and flavour, although as it is only around 10% it shouldn't be too bad. You could add something to increase the strength and flavour, such as grape juice, or perhaps a little sugar, as these would add flavour and strength as they would ferment. The exact results would be unknown though, it may be worth just leaving it and see how it turns out. Grape juice would probably be best
