Lost all hope. We ordered a brewing kit a couple of weeks ago from Home Brew On line and still havent received it. Lots of broken promises. Lets hope the kit is better than the service!

As discussed on our emails and on the phone with you, the couriers are struggling to find your address which is an awkward one for them, but as we confirmed it has been left at your local post office to await collection which is the couriers policy. They do this to avoid it being returned to sender and help customers collect their parcels, which does work for most people so we're sorry it is causing a problem. We have left an answerphone message for you earlier this morning as there was no answer, advising you of the Post Office where it is awaiting collection, but if you are unable to collect it, it will be returned to us and we will of course issue you with a full refund.

We continually review courier performance on a regular basis, and find that the current couriers are much better than previous companies we have used, but of course they do sometimes have problems and get it wrong, but thankfully this is rare, and does tend to affect more remote properties like yours which they may not be familiar with, or there may be a temporary driver for holiday cover, etc. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to personally deliver the parcels ourselves as we are a small business, so we have no choice but to rely very heavily on couriers and Royal Mail, and there are always problems with both from time to time, but we do always do our best to help and will refund when needed.

If you are unable to collect from the specified Post Office please just let us know and we will ask them to return the parcel to us and give you an immediate full refund, and we're sorry that they have struggled with the delivery on this occasion.
