hi guys this is my first brew im using youngs home brew larger as it was a youngs kit . I am right at the end. fermentation was 8 days I then moved it 2 a pressure barrel and it seem to have come on lovely its now tastes good now ,got gas as well its been in there for 2 weeks today but it is still a bit cloudy , is that it ? or am i being a little impatient ?? as im am a little like a school boy and very exited !!

hi berney359 it reccomends 14 days to clear just give it another day or so and it should be ready to drink.it sometimes takes longer than they say on these kits let me know how it goes
Got to agree with robysocks, leave it to clear for a while longer, once it is clear this is a good sign it is about there, but always leave to condition for as long as possible for the full flavours to develop and to enjoy it at it's best. This is when the carbonation will develop too. All brews can be drank earlier, but only the patient get to drink it at it's best!
PS. Try brewing the kit with an enhancer rather than ordinary sugar to improve the flavour for much improved results....
