Hi Everyone. My name is Jack and I am 59 years old. I have only just started making my own beer all be it at the moment from a can! It is my intentions to eventually move up the ladder to be with the real ale makers like yourselves. I hope i can pick your brains, and the vast amount of experience some of you have, and end up with some of my very own brewed ale to drink over the Christmas & New Year.
