Hi,
I have an auto-siphon attached to a little bottler which I use to rack my brew into bottles. Normally I call on 'her in doors' to hold the auto-siphon just above the trub while I fill bottles using the little bottler. I think this is a perfect arrangement but the other half told me that the novelty started wearing off around bottle 2. I have had a hunt around the internet for a clamp that would release the wife from servitude and stumbled across loads of American sites selling
Auto Syphon Clamps for around $3.50. There doesn't appear to be anything similar for sale in the UK so I am forced with paying around $10 for the postage of a $3.50 plastic clamp from the States or calling upon the Home Brew community to come to the rescue with their solutions. I'd appreciate any help you could offer me.

You can get syphon tube clips which hold things like the 'long rigid syphon tube' in place in the same way as what you've seen in the US;

The little bottler works best when drilled and fixed near to the bottom of the vessel so you don't have to hold it, but see if the clip on the link will do what you want it to
