HI ALL , WAS GOING TO MAKE SOME GRAND CRU AND WAS THINKING OF DOUBLE THE KIT IN ONE FERMENTATION TO GIVE ME 40 PINTS OR 5 GAL , WILL I NEED TO ADD 2 BREWERS SUGAR AND YEAST?
You can make a double batch by adding two tins of Grand Cru and get it to 40 pints. You would need to double up the sugar too as you say, but one yeast should get it going. Just use your hydrometer to keep an eye on the gravity readings in the usual way until the reading is nice and low
