Hi has any one tried these-' Simply' brews I have just barreled my first one it is supposed to be a larger? but it looks more like your normal bitter And( tastes like one) I don't think I have gone wrong any where? and the ABV is 3.7any ideas

    In the early stages it may have a stronger taste, but once primed and left in bottles or a barrel it should improve into a good lager after been primed, as secondary fermentation gets going and carbonates the brew. The priming sugar will also ferment and increase the alcohol content, and after a few weeks conditioning you should see an improvement as it matures into the finished lager
