No pressure in barrel

Ok, kegged for 4 weeks. Pulled off first pint and a bit cloudy. Third pint looked fine. Taste is good. Only worry is the lack of pressure in barrel. Just trickles out. Is that right or has the second fermentation failed?

The other points on the first post are worth noting, but in addition to that one other thing to bear in mind is that the brew will continue to pressurise the barrel as it creates gas, but if you draw a few pints off at a time the pressure will reduce, if drawing quite a few off in one go then it doesn't always get chance to re-pressurise and adding CO2 with an injector valve gets around this problem. Some brews need it more than others, and temperature plays a part in it too
