could some1 please help me what should fg be within before i bottle

    It depends on which kit you are making as they vary on the FG reading they give. The FG reading stated can usually be achieved or somewhere very near once the fermentation has completed. If the reading is high it is usually worth giving it a gentle stir to get the fermentation going again. The reading should be constant for two days in a row which then shows it has completed, although warmer or colder brewing temperatures can alter the fermentation times so need to be allowed for.

    If the temperature is good and the reading just wont go any lower, and it is pretty close to the reading they recommend, it will probably be ready. Some kits don't give an FG and instead just state a timescale, so just ensure it is warm enough where you are brewing, and that no bubbles can be seen rising from the surface of the brew.

    If transferring to a keg it is not as critical as any excess pressure which was caused by gas from the brew can just vent itself safely, however with bottles there is no safety valve so it is important to check that the fermentation is fully complete
