hi there when i sterilize my bottles and put them on the draining tree to dry do i need to wash them out after i sterilllize

It depends on the steriliser, if using VWP or a similar one then yes, clean them with steriliser and then rinse well with clean water. Then stand them to dry, using the bottle drainer tree makes life easy and takes up less room. If in doubt always give them a good rinse with clean water. It is important to remove any residue as this could affect the brew too
