All the Coopers range can be kegged or bottled, depending on your preference. In bottles it will be easier to chill if you want it cooler, but either is fine. Use the same amount of sugar based on grammes per pint, often it's around 80 to 100g for a barrel but check the specific instructions for that beer.
it will give a rate per bottle though, if you total up how much sugar you would use if bottling, then use that whole amount in the keg. If not sure just put 100g in the keg
We've checked the instructions and it says 8g per litre, so for 23 litres you are right to add around 180g into the keg. Often with kegs they say less, but any excess pressure will be released by the keg through the vent cap, so follow the priming rate that Coopers recommend
