Where can I get Brown or Green 1 Litre Bottles?

Having used 500ml bottles (fizzy water bottles) for recent brews I feel that they are a wee bit too small and have now moved to 1ltr fizzy water bottles.

Ideally I would like to buy 1 ltr bottles with either a crown or a screw top. I am seeking brown or green bottles. I dont want clear bottles.

Anyone know where I can get them in the colour and size I require?

    Afraid we don't know, 500ml is the most popular size by a long way, anything that isn't mass produced and readily available tends to be a lot more expensive, which means people wont buy them

    check THESE BABIES out, not overly priced but worth it in my opinion, they come in at £2.51 each, not sure what delivery charge is but one box will leave about 4ltrs short of 40pints...you wont be throwing them away and they will clean easily..might get some myself ....or..go to one of those poncy restuarants that sell mineral water in glass bottles, they only recycle them, sure they will be glad if you took them away...also..try the local pub that do bottled beer
